We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Financial Executive to join our team and play a vital role in our mission.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with sponsors regulations and maintaining strong internal controls.
• Managing grant funding and program budgets.
• Working collaboratively with program teams to provide financial analysis and support.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of financial strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field
• Strong understanding of non-profit accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• A passion for social justice and a commitment to our mission.
