Founded in 2008, TIPA (Terrain for Interactive Pedagogy through Arts) is a non-profit organisation that supports the development of vulnerable children through artistic and citizenship education. Through a participatory and valorising approach, our team conducts art workshops in ZEP and RCA schools across Mauritius to encourage children to express themselves, strengthen their self-confidence and critical thinking, and explore values such as respect, collaboration, and participation.

Position Review: 

TIPA is recruiting a full-time Artistic & Pedagogical Facilitator to join its creative and committed team. We are looking for someone who is:

• Manage art materials and logistics: plan, prepare, and track inventory; support procurement and delivery to schools 
• Monitor and report on workshops and children’s progress, including data entry and contribution to impact assessments and reports
• Organize school events and support TIPA’s community activities 
• Support the implementation and co-design of the activities with parents

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Arts (visual arts, performing arts, music or other creative disciplines)
