Title: Executive Lead - Women's Drug Rehabilitation Centre (Chrysalide)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation programs.
• Oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for residents.

2. Program Development and Implementation:
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement effective, evidence-based rehabilitation programs tailored to the unique needs of women.
• Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

3. Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including therapy staff, counsellors, and support personnel.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that promotes teamwork, professional development, and employee well-being.

4. Community Engagement:
• Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance support services for residents.
• Represent the organization at community events and engage in outreach activities to raise awareness and support.

5. Financial Oversight:
• Manage the budget for the rehabilitation centre, ensuring responsible fiscal practices and resource allocation.
• Seek and secure funding through grants, donations, and partnerships to sustain and expand program offerings.

6. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Board President, Board of Directors, and funding agencies as required.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counselling or equivalent qualifications acceptable to the Board of Chrysalide
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a substance abuse or mental health setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in drug rehabilitation for women.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication
