TIPA is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Administrative & Finance Coordinator.

Position: Full-Time Administrative & Finance Coordinator
Location: No4, Les Kocottes, St Pierre

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including office management, filing, and document organisation.
  • Handle financial responsibilities, such as budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Assist in project management and coordination of activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall objectives of the organisation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in administrative and financial roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in accounting software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Fluent in English, French and Creole (oral and written)
