At Atelier Sa Nou Vize, based in Rose Belle and supporting more than 150 children and youth, it is also one of the busiest and most inspiring times of the year. The NGO’s Spéciales Vacances programme once again offered a rich blend of joy, learning, and exploration.
The holidays began with a vibrant dance party, followed by a lively Fun Day featuring a magic show, face painting, songs, and dance—activities that sparked creativity and brought children together. Beyond entertainment, the programme focused on essential life skills, including managing savings and resources, encouraging young people to build independence and responsible habits.
The holiday calendar remains full, with activities running until the end of December 2025. Children continue to enjoy outings to St Felix and Belle Mare beaches, sports sessions such as basketball, celebrations for the World Day for the Rights of the Child, energising Zumba introductions, visits to cultural and religious sites like Notre Dame de Velankanni church, and explorations of the community garden at La Vallée de Ferney, where women grow organic vegetables. Shared meals and group moments will continue throughout the month.
Once again, Atelier Sa Nou Vize is transforming the holidays into an unforgettable journey filled with learning, joy, and meaningful connections.
