People working in NGOs give a lot of themselves – time, energy, heart. But who supports them in return?
Many teams feel tired, overwhelmed or disconnected from the purpose that brought them here in the first place. They rarely get the chance to pause, breathe and reconnect as people.
OUT THE BOX offers simple, powerful workshops made especially for NGOs in Mauritius.
These sessions are human-centred, creative, and energising – to help your teams feel better, work better together, and find new motivation.
Here’s what we offer:
- Well-being Labs for your Team: To release stress, prevent burnout, and feel clearer and more motivated.
- Leadership & Team Alignment: To improve trust, communication, and build a stronger, more united team.
- Team-building that’s real and respectful: No awkward games. Just honest connection, creativity, and time to bond.
- Volunteers Onboarding & Motivation Spaces: Short, heartfelt sessions to welcome, motivate, and appreciate the volunteers who give their time.
- Creative Workshops for Youth, Women, Men, and Communities: Activities that help people express themselves, grow confidence, and feel stronger inside.
Each workshop is designed to fit your needs: We listen, we tailor, we co-create.
We can offer sessions in Mauritian Creole, French, or English.
And we always respect your time and budget.
Our services can also be part of funded projects or calls for proposals.
