The Programme Officer plays a pivotal role within Association Kinouété, responsible for overseeing all grants, locally and internationally, while also offering essential support in program coordination.

This role involves close collaboration with the programs and operations team, the policy and prevention lead, and direct involvement in managing grants and acquiring funding, particularly at an international level.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration).
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing international grants or projects.
• Strong grant management encompassing budgeting, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, and financial tracking. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and project coordination is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to the organization's mission and values, particularly in the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates.
