• Support project leads in the planning and implementation of programmes in the 4 geographical areas targeted by ER group
• Intervene in the field during and after office hours, to monitor activities and ensure effective follow-up.
• Facilitate community engagement sessions and promote active participation of local stakeholders.
• Identify vulnerable families or individuals and provide appropriate referral or follow-up support.
• Provide guidance and coaching to targeted beneficiaries including community platforms and local partners.
• Support in the monitoring and evaluation of programmes including effective data collection, and reporting of project outcomes
• Work towards achieving set objectives and targets.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Leads

Qualifications:

• Holder of a degree in social work, social development, counselling or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge & experience in community-based projects would be an advantage 
• Driver's license and clean driving record are essential 
• Fully conversant in IT tools (Proven skills in Outlook, and Microsoft Office) 
• Fluency in English, French, and Creole (spoken and written). 
• Good report writing skills and ability to produce concise activity summaries.

Personal Skills: 

• Versatile, autonomous and proactive, with good organisational skills. 
• Availability and ability to intervene after 5pm 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
