Partaz Enn Sourire is a registered non-governmental organisation (Reg. No. 16996 – Registrar of Associations), officially recognised as a Charitable Institution by the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) and fully CSR registered under NSIF/2025/0011.
Rooted in the belief that creativity, community and compassion can transform lives, we work across youth empowerment, education, arts, sports and social inclusion to create sustainable change in Mauritius. From mural festivals to life skills education, from grassroots sports to anti-drug campaigns, we are building a movement - one smile at a time.

A. Mural Painting & Social Embellishment (Flagship Program)
Transforming school and care institution walls across Mauritius into vibrant, affirming murals that promote emotional well-being, positive mindset, and educational inspiration through art Notable Projects Include:

- Bois Chéri Government School - Sponsored by Village Council of Bois Chéri
- Grand Bois Government School - Mural Painting (NECA partnership)
- Jawaharlall Nehru Hospital - Ward 2.2 and Operation Theatre mural painting

- Curepipe Metro Station - Collaborative mural with Royal College Curepipe and Dr. Maurice Curé State College students

B. Youth Empowerment & Education
- Run Life skills education workshops, Leadership training and Drug Prevention sessions in Colleges in the district of Savanne.
- Held festive community activities for children on the Social Register of Mauritius (SRM) in collaboration with Polytechnics Mauritius
C. Environmental & Community Action
- Clean Up events at Bras d'Eau Reserve
- "Xmas Smiles Project" - Christmas celebrations for children of underserved areas such as African Town at Riambel
- Support for low-income families and children as an official partner of the National Empowerment Foundation (NEF)
D. Advocacy & Collaboration
- Participation in Ministry of Social Integration consultations on NGO sector development
E. Sports & Youth Development
Engaging youth through football as a positive alternative to drug use in different districts of the island:
- April 2025: The Savanne Regional U15 Tournament brought together 16 teams from 17 villages. A total of 288 young players participated in matches held over a single weekend.
- August 2025: The Grand Port U15 Regional Tournament successfully engaged 306 young players over the course of a weekend, featuring 17 teams representing 24 villages.
- November 2025: The Quatre-Bornes U15 Regional Tournament brought together 9 teams, with a total of 162 youngsters participating in matches held over a single weekend.

November 2025: The Flacq U15 Regional Tournament successfully engaged 252 young players over the course of a weekend, featuring 14 competing teams.
