Human Development Training & Services Ltd

The Human Development Training and Services (Human Dev) is a non-profit company established to provide training in the field of human development and sustainable development.

With the growing climate of domestic violence, resulting from the very rapid economic development, the change in family organisation with more women working away from home, the impact of social media on our youth and adults, there has been a breakdown in the transmission of traditional values that used to take place in the home. Parents and children have experienced a sense of loss of landmarks and it has become urgent in our view to give parents and adults in general an efficient tool kit to impact positively on relationships.

Training in the field of human development includes:

(a) Parent Effectiveness Training (PET)

(b) Teacher Effectiveness Training (TET)

(c) Leaders Effectiveness Training (LET)

(d) Youth Effectiveness Training (YET)

(e) Development of Self Esteem

More and more companies wish to adopt Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices because their clients, governments and society at large increasingly demand so. We believe that ESG is facilitated if management takes into consideration the views of employees and stakeholders on this issue and incorporates them into the company operations.

Training and services in the field of Organisational Development consist of:

(a) Sustainability Concepts and Principles

(b) Awareness on importance of Work/Life Balance

(c) Effective Communication in the workplace to enhance teamwork

HDTS was born from the coming together of Marielle and Françoise with a common passion for passion human and relationship development and a determination to make a positive impact.
