Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:
> Answer and direct phone calls.
> Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
> Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
> Develop and maintain a filing system
> Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
> Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
> Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
> Maintain office supplies for department.
> Coordinate and plan transport services to cancer patients.
> Participate actively in cancer awareness campaigns.
· Administrative support experience
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
· Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
· Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
· Good research skills and attention to detail
